Mission:
- Provide central North Carolina women’s high school/middle school lacrosse players with a regional, competitive fall training season
Eligible Players:
- Middle School & High School Students: Female Student-Athletes: 6th – 12th grade

Format:
- Team 12 Meter Drills
- Offensive Set Drills
- Team Transition Drills
- X Offensive Set Formations
- Defensive Drills & 8 Meter Slides
- 7 x 7 Live Speed Games
- NFHSS girls lacrosse rules apply
- Draws will be taken following each goal
- Pace of Play Emphasis: Possession will be withheld from teams (awarded to ‘ready’ team) not ‘draw position’ set (referee deemed) within :20 seconds of goal scored
- 7 on 7 Line-up
- 2 Attackers, 2 Middies, 2 defenders, 1 goalie
- (Two) 15 minute halves
- Running Clock: Clock Stoppage – Injuries, Time-Outs, Yellow/Red Cards, Penalty Shot inside :30 seconds
Uniforms & Equipment:
- Practice apparel: Goggles, Mouth Guard, Stick, cleats
- Water bottle
Camp Location:
- St. Pius X Catholic School Athletic Field, Greensboro, NC
Registration:
- PPWL High School Summer League Cost – $150 per player, plus USA Lacrosse membership
- USA Lacrosse membership must be completed before PPWL registration
