HPT HiToms Announce Area 3 American Legion All-Star Game

High Point/Thomasville – The High Point Thomasville Hi-Toms announced today the dates for the Area Three American Legion All-Star game. 

The baseball all-star game will once again take place at Historic Finch Field on Saturday, July 4th, and feature 40 of the top American Legion baseball players across central North Carolina. The American Legion classic will be the first of its kind to take place, and it will be held on the 250th birthday of the United States of America.

“American Legion baseball has been a tremendous facilitator of the Hi Toms growth over the last 25 years, from hosting state American legion senior and junior championships to the original Area 3 all-star game a decade ago, the Post 87 Hi Toms program is pleased to welcome back some of central Noirth carolina’s best amateur ball players in a resumption of the Area 3 Senior All Star game,” Greg Suire HPT Hi Toms President said. “It is an honor on the 250th anniversary of our country to partner with the American Legion to host and showcase some of North Carolina’s best baseball players and introduce some of our country’s future leaders.”

Tickets for the event will be 10 dollars and include admission to the Hi Toms July 4th game later that day.
