The High Point-Thomasville HiToms (9-4) invite the Martinsville Mustangs (7-8) to historic Finch Field for Mustang Night. The HiToms are celebrating Father’s Day by bringing hosting the NC Mustang Mafia, a group of Ford Mustang enthusiasts before the game for a car show.
Ty Wilmsmeyer gets his second start of the season for HP-Thomasville. The Missouri two-way player has 14 at bats for the year and one inning on the bump. In total, the HiToms rotation has been sharp this season, contributing to 134 Ks in 97 innings. The HP-T rate of strikeouts is second to the 15-1 Savannah Bananas, who have struck out 13 batters per nine innings this year.
