The High Point-Thomasville HiToms (12-9) battle the 11-10 Asheboro Copperheads on Sunday night in a special night for the Thomasville community.
Tonight, the HiToms welcome our local Police and Fire Departments to Historic Finch Field for a charity softball game. They will play at 3:00 p.m. and will be followed at 5:00 p.m. by a clash between the HiToms and the Asheboro Copperheads. Tickets purchased to the softball game will be good for the HiToms game versus the rival Copperheads. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be split, with both departments donating to different charities. The Police Department will benefit Special Olympics Davidson County, while the Fire Department will aid Thomasville Communities and Schools. We hope to see you at Historic Finch Field!
Other attractions tonight include a Touch-A-Truck promotion with the Fire Department, Fire and Police vehicles, and $5 sundaes for our Sunday Sundae concessions special.
