The High Point-Thomasville HiToms are excited to announce that catcher JJ Parsons has committed to the HiToms for the 2025 season.

The freshman from Southwest Guilford High School had an impressive year with the UNCG Spartans. Parsons posted a .977 fielding percentage behind the plate and drew eight walks on offense.

Parsons will be joining a couple of his UNCG teammates this summer, including Brantley Truitt and Tyler Steele.

The HiToms look to continue adding depth at every position, and Parsons is a strong addition for the summer campaign.

Stay tuned as the HiToms continue to unveil their 2025 summer roster—more announcements coming soon!
