Joining the HiToms staff with several years of experience in the collegiate and youth sports arena, Davis arrives at Finch Field on the heels of a successful tenure in the sports department at the Ruby C. Hunt YMCA in Shelby, NC. Serving as a facility supervisor and youth sports program manager in Cleveland County, Davis also pioneered the creation of an AAU basketball program called the Cleveland County Reach.
A 2019 graduate of Gardner-Webb University, Davis served as a student-staff member on the Bulldogs first-ever NCAA Division I Basketball participant when the Bulldogs fell to eventual national champion Virginia.

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in sport management from Gardner-Webb, Davis is the recipient of GW’s Godbold School of Business graduate fellow sport management scholarship and will be with the HiToms organization for two seasons.
A native of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, Davis will spearhead the Tommies group sales and community outreach programs as well as coordinate the HiToms highly successful Read Around the Bases initiative.
